In order to strengthen the construction of talent team and deepen the understanding of professional and technical personnel on the policy of title declaration, on March 7, the center invited Chen Yuxu, director of Industrial Talent Division of Municipal Economy and Information Technology Bureau, to carry out the “2025 Special Training on the Declaration of Specialized Technical Personnel's Titles”, and more than 30 people, including scientific research backbones of the research institutes and administrative management personnel, participated in the study, and the site had a warm response.

At the training, Chen Yuxu based on the background of industrial talent development in Zhejiang Province, a systematic interpretation of the declaration policy of senior and full senior title of electromechanical professionals. He said that the title is not only the embodiment of personal ability, but also the key support for the development of industrial quality, in recent years, the government has continued to deepen the reform of socialization of the title assessment, through the optimization of the identification of talent, incentive mechanism, to promote the synergistic development of talent and industry. Subsequently, he combined with the policy documents, from the declaration process, material preparation, evaluation standards, declaration of common misunderstandings and other aspects of the details, for the professional and technical personnel to sort out a clear career development path.

During the Q&A session, Chen Yuxu answered the questions raised by the technical staff one by one, such as “identification of continuing education hours”, “declaration of cross-field achievements”, “matching degree of honor and qualification”, etc., and provided personalized suggestions for different positions through case study and analysis. And through the case analysis, she provided personalized suggestions for the employees in different positions.

This training not only helps the technical staff to accurately grasp the key points of title declaration, but also strengthens the foundation for the center to build a high-level innovative talent team.
